Compass Cannabis Clinic is a rapidly growing organization of medicinal cannabis access clinics. We connect patients with doctors through the ACMPR (Access to Cannabis for Medicinal Purposes Regulations) and then connect those patients with Health Canada approved Licensed Producers to access product. We are a completely legal business with international operations.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to act as ambassadors for our clinics in sharing our messages to local markets at events and tradeshows, etc. Street teamers are adept at starting the conversation, understanding that there are all different levels of awareness and sensitivity to the use of medicinal cannabis to alleviate symptoms of various ailments.


Responsibilities include:

  • Training and research to get up to date with our organization's mission, vision, and values
  • Sharing the in’s and out’s of our business model and the process for booking free appointments online in an effort to acquire new patients and create a loyal audience
  • Registering as a patient and going through our in-take process would be mandatory as training in order to share the experience with others
  • Continually meeting the brand guidelines and standards in terms of conduct while representing our organization
  • Event management including trade show booth set up and teardown
  • Working with the Marketing Director to create any new handouts or swag items as needed
  • Creating social content like photos, stories, tweets, etc of the event as applicable
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
  • Develops new engagement opportunities by being in the know and upwardly communicating to coworkers in an effort to maximize presence at events

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be enthusiastic, positive, dynamic and outgoing
  • Able to eloquently share information through strong communication skills
  • Punctual, with a strong work ethic
  • Basic understanding of cannabis 101 is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proven track record of success in a public serving role
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities
  • Creative skills such as graphic design, photography, etc would be a bonus

This will include answering all product and service questions and provide insightful support and Ensuring our clients have all they need for the ultimate customer satisfaction. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and your work experience demonstrates success in going above and beyond for our clients.


Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients
  • Interact with patients, suppliers, co-workers and investors in a professional manner
  • Receiving incoming calls
  • Booking, confirming and maintaining service schedules using the administrative database
  • Distributing incoming mail and posting outgoing mail on a daily basis
  • Providing administrative and clerical support to consultants, management and other staff
  • Developing and fostering client relationships
  • Triage and coordinate files, ensuring appropriate service is being provided

  • 2 years’ experience in customer service as well is an asset

We are searching for a blend of micro and macro influencers who are willing to register as a patient and share their experience through social posts, stories, reviews and giveaways to help us spread the word.


Responsibilities include:

  • Registering as a patient to better understand our process
  • Creating original content for posting
  • Leaving a review on your experience
  • Sharing information on giveaways and contests, etc as applicable

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Having an active social following on either Facebook and/or Instagram and Twitter
  • The ability to accurately share the experience in an engaging way

Compensation will be based on the size of the following, and the number of posts or stories we commit to working on together. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and your work experience demonstrates success in going above and beyond for your clients.


Responsibilities include:

  • Oversees activities of the entire head office.
  • Provides support/ guidance/ feedback as required for effective direction and betterment of the overall team
  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff
  • Ensures all paperwork is done daily, and all duties done so that we are set for success
  • Input all expense reports
  • Ensure office including kitchen and boardroom is neat and tidy at all times
  • Orders office supplies, and ensure that we are always stocked
  • Is dedicated to guest satisfaction at all times
